Research has shown a correlation between these environmental pollutants and a number of conditions, including many forms of cancer.  It is no surprise that the rate of certain cancers, such as breast cancer, intestinal and colon cancer, stomach cancer, and lymphatic system cancers are increasing, in spite of the advances in medicine and cancer detection technologies.

Although it is impossible to avoid all toxic substances, there are things one can do to reduce the chances of falling victim to their effects.  We recommend a multi-pronged approach that includes diet, exercise, reduced exposure to toxins, and a periodic detoxification program designed to purge toxins from the body and bloodstream.

Diet

We recommend a diet that includes:

• Green fresh vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals

• High fiber grains and breads

• Low sugar content - substitute Stevia Powder for sugar

• Plenty of filtered water - preferably an active filtering process like reverse osmosis

• Minimal amounts of processed foods, especially those loaded with chemical preservatives

• Daily multi-vitamin supplement to compensate for the lack of sufficient nutrition in pre-packaged foods

• Immune system enhancing supplements - essiac tea and colloidal silver are a good combination!

Exercise

We recommend at least three 30-minute aerobic sessions per week, to keep metabolism levels high and to boost the immune system.

Reduced Exposure to Toxins
