If you don't mind measuring herbs for each batch, buy ES1600 or ES2500.  Use 2 scoops from a 2/3 cup measuring cup to make a gallon of tea.

If you plan to use essiac for an extended time, or are sharing with others, buy ES0012 or ES0014.  These products combine the convenience of pre-measured packets and the savings of buying in bulk.
